People see Black Bolt because Vin has teased Black Bolt in the past. He might do good with Lockjaw but I'd rather he take a live action role if he gets a second character in the MCU. Like with Groot or the Iron Giant he's proven he can play characters who don't say much, yet still manage make them amazing and likable.
