One of the projects Marvel is working on for Phase Three is Captain Marvel, which will be the studio’s first female led superhero movie. So far the new characters of Black Panther and Doctor Strange have been cast with Chadwick Boseman and Benedict Cumberbatch securing the respective roles, but there’s been no official news or word about actresses under consideration for the role of Carol Danvers. Natalie Dormer is an interesting choice...something tells me they are going to have to think outside the box for this one. The movie sounds like it will be a tough sell for audiences.
