If I were to play the conspiracy theorist here, I'd say that the Chinese are the more likely suspect here. Analysts have doubted for years whether North Korea has or will ever build a working nuclear weapon, much less robust hacking skills.

Only China has either the capability or interest in hacking a major Japanese corporation and U.S. ally, honestly.
