The original 2011 comedy Horrible Bosses took a few of today’s most iconic funnymen (Jason Sudeikis of SNL fame, Jason Bateman from Arrested Development, and Charlie Day of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and pitted their characters against their titular evil overseers played by the equally iconic Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, and Jennifer Aniston in a laugh-filled misadventure of suburban warfare. For Horrible Bosses 2, the trio is joined by both familiar faces as well as newcomers Chris Pine and Christoph Waltz. But does Horrible Bosses 2 manage to capture the same comedy magic as its predecessor? Or was Horrible Bosses better off remaining as a one-hit wonder?
