"In the end, ‘LoveCraft’ is a bit of a let down: especially if the audience was expecting a huge midseason finale. Basically, we will have to wait and see how the rest of the first season plays out, but tonight mainly creates more questions about the universe and the future of the show: for instance, is Gordon really going to be an Arkham security guard or will the writers find a way to get him back on the force quickly? Will the gang war ever actually happen or will the writers consistently string the audience along? Simply, I do not know: but I was a little disappointed by the midseason finale that promised so much, yet barely delivered."
