Until Fox and Sony let go of the Xmen, Fantastic Four, and Spiderman they essentially do not exist in the MCU.

Yeah bot Fox and Sony licensed some of the Marvel's IP for their own movie adaptations. Though, I doubt that Sony would let go of Spiderman cause the movie IP have already generated a lot of profit for the past 10 years.
