The repercussions of this episode—Mooney’s move, Penguin’s planning and the Mayor’s re-opening of Arkham—will have a lasting effect over the rest of the season: and perhaps the show’s overall course. In the end, this episode certainly has some hiccups, but surprisingly displayed the most emotional depth from Gotham thus far."
