Oh, Henry! Disney Chasing Hearththrobs For Next ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’

The hot role to be had at Disney right now is Henry in Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Here are the actors who I’m hearing are being courted to test for the dashing young lead (others might be added): Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service), George Mackay (Pride) and Brenton Thwaites (The Giver, Maleficent), Mitchell Hope (Descendants‘), Ansel Elgort (The Fault In Our Stars) and Sam Keeley (In The Heart Of The Sea). Well, it will be interesting to see how this cast comes along. I hope this means that he will play the part of Will's son.

No one beats the Will/Elizabeth duo. Hope to see them back, or at the very least cast their son.

I wouldnt recognise the wooden doorknobs they used for the fourth film on the street if I bumped into them.

Seriously. They thought Depp was the entire movie, but those two complimented him so well. Without them you basically wait around for Depp to be on screen or do something new because he is the only one interesting...

Exactly. Thats what people missed the point about Jack. He worked well off others, he contrasted them in humourous ways. IF you focus on him as the main character, and have side characters play off him, it doesnt work and then you get sick of him.

He's like the Loki of the PotC world. If we had a movie of just Loki, it wouldnt be as interesting.

Well, the movie would be nothing without Depp but it is better with the right people around him. I didn't care for Penelope Cruz at all. I know that there was a slight chance for Orlando Bloom to come back but who knows these days they're all so busy.
