The Master, it would of been better if she was the Rani instead.
Then you have the fact he changed into a woman. Now I'm not being sexist but of all the time lords who have been on the show and have regenerated none of them have turned into the opposite sex. They can't just squeeze in now "Oh yeah it's pretty common".
I'm hoping the Master has took over someone's body and is using it until he can take over the Doctors. He's tried to do this in the past before and some of the things that Missy has said like "I do like his new accent...I think I might keep it" points to this being the case
