CBM
The latest comic to live action TV adaptation sees Archie and the gang landing a home at Fox.
In an age where Hollywood looks to the comic industry for properties to adapt to the big and small screens, it seems that everybody is getting their turn. Perhaps the recent success of "Gotham" has helped influence Fox in their decision to bring Archie Andrews to TV with the new one hour drama "Riverdale". Described as a "bold, subversive take on Archie, Betty, Veronica, and their friends, exploring the surrealistic twists of small-town life plus the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome facade," it sounds like the way to go for a project like this. You can also expect familiar characters like Reggie, Jughead, and Josie and the Pussycats to make appearances. The Archie-Betty-Veronica love triangle will, of course, be at the forefront.
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
