Last week, we reported the awful rumour that Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man may be recast by the time the Sinister Six movie swings around.
While I don’t think that there’s an actor in Hollywood right now who could do justice to Peter Parker, or his alterego, the way Garfield has, I felt compelled to put together this list of possible replacements. I repeat, I DO NOT think that any of these guys would be better than Garfield but maybe, just maybe, they would make for a decent webhead.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson - Already playing two heroes in ongoing movie series. Kinda un-inspired.
Nicholas Hoult - Already Beast, but maybe.
Josh Hutcherson - Never liked the dude myself. Has always come off as the douchey hipster kinda guy Peter was turned into in TASM. No opinion.
Zac Efron - He's a good actor. Maybe, i dunno.
Jaden Smith - Shut. The. F**k. Up. Race aside the kid is a horrible actor. Stop ramming him down our throats Will. Nepotism isn't cute.
Shame we can't just keep Andrew Garfield in a "light reboot" like Marvel is doing with Wesley Snipe's Blade. Garfield really shines as Spider-man and plays him to a T but the movies are really kinda on the passable side.

I prefer andrew over toby any day. I think he is the best live action fit for the character.

Replacing Andrew is going to be friggin hard, it'd be the worst mistake yet. You can let high ups destroy a movie then blame the creative team for it's faults....
Step out and let them do their thing first! Plus Zac Efron? Really? He's a good actor, but you know it's Zac Efron which ruins the appeal.
among the 5 aaron taylor johnson is the most logical choice or safe choice, josh hutcherson was also in consideration to play spidey before garfield got the role and i think he is the second best in the list. efron might be a surprise also because he has talent but is way to famous now to play spiderman. nicholas hoult is a bad choice and jaden smith is the worst choice to play spiderman.
