As part of their original deal with George Lucas, Twentieth Century Fox own the distribution rights to the first Star Wars movie in perpetuity. For Disney to repackage that film, as they might be expected to want to do, there would need to be a deal made between the two studios. Even the second and third films, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, have been somewhat caught up in red tape with Fox, though not to the same absolute degree.
