IGN:
has been talking about the forthcoming film adaptation of his critically acclaimed comic Locke & Key, revealing that a script is half-written and rumoured to be great.
The comic was originally filmed as a pilot for Fox, but when that wasn’t picked up, producer Alex Kurtzman wrestled the rights from the network and took them to Universal Pictures with plans to turn the tale of demons, alternate dimensions and magical keys into a movie trilogy.
“I’ve heard that they’ve got half a script, and that the half a script they have is brilliant” Hill revealed. “Alex is tremendously excited about it and thinks it’s great. The guy who is writing it… I think the feeling is he may not be fast, but he’s really good. So I’m excited to see where they go.”
