Last week, Gotham finally hit the airwaves after what seemed like an eternity.
Waiting for this show, I was excited, then skeptical. Could a Batman series really succeed without…you know…BATMAN!? Last week, I had the chance to find out. What kind of show was this going to be? Was it going to be “Gordon Begins?” Was it going to be a cheap cash in? Something in between? A masterpiece? A flop?
Well. I’m happy to report that Gotham is great.
Mostly.
