So you’ve seen Guardians of the Galaxy, right? Of course you have – almost everyone has by now, or so it seems at least.
Guardians was one of the summer’s true box office triumphs, and one of the most remarkable. Transformers: Age of Extinction may not have received critical raves, but the popularity of its predecessors all but guaranteed a monster haul. Captain America: The Winter Soldier was huge, but Cap had previously starred in his own movie and shown up in The Avengers. The Amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes – they were all part of already-successful franchises that gave them an advantage in the moneymaking stakes.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
Maybe The Hunger Games or Interstellar but I don't think the others will do as much. Now when spring and summer comes and some of the bigger movies come out then maybe.
Well... I mean if we are talking the big picture... overall box office, then the numbers of Guardians of the Galaxy are quite beatable, but not by any film coming out this year...
at this point guardians of the galaxy is the most successful film in the box office for 2014 and that will remain for good. the only film i think has a possible chance of beatting guardians is interstellar since it is a chritopher nolan film and people might think its another inception film and its in imax but i dont think it will be enough to be guardians which is pretty locked at the top spot.
