Marvel Studios is an American television and Motion Picture Studios which is making movies from a long time. When beloved characters get transferred to the big screen, sometimes the results are Marvelous! While it took decades for these character adaptations to get off the page and into tent pole Hollywood action flicks, not all results have been well received.

Blade 2 sucked, sorry it needed to be said, Del Toro really ruined it with the CGI crap instead of the actual physical wire stunts.....

The new Spider-man movies are also better than the originals....Garfield doesn't act like a robot, Emma Stone isn't just a throw away character who serves no purpose...The effects are also waaaaaayyyyy better but then again effects should have gone far between 2002 and 2014.....

Raimi's trilogy was practically the same movie 3 times, characters didn't grow, the didn't learn anything...The definitely haven't aged well

Blade 2 was my favorite, mostly because of Nomak's character and plight.

Actor was BA, and the whole bad guy with an actual justifiable agenda was a breath of fresh air, especially considering the ludicrous nature of ANY fantasy/sci-fi film. They generally have plots just as crazy to go along with it, but this one struck a chord with me.

BIG SPOILER FOR THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 1 & 2

I disagree that the Garfield Spiderman movies are better than the Toby Maguire movies, or at least to this point. The 1st to Maguire movies are better than the first two Garfield movies, especially when you compare them to other movies of their own era.

But 3 Maguire movie fell off a lot. The Peter and Mary Jane "I love you but I don't love you" routine got tired. They were just plain too old for that crap.

I think Garfield will pass Maguire at the third movie. The Garfield movies feel like they are setting up for more than a trilogy. Gwen just died; we haven't met Mary Jane; we have met J.Jonah Jameson; and we only saw one Green Goblin at the end and he is still alive.

i dont think the spiderman films should be that high up.
The chick playing mary jane looked nothing like mary jane should.

The story was decent, but not great.

Also why does it take 4 pages to show that list?
Ad related revenue - the site must really be desperate

I know it's an opinion piece but I disagree with a lot of these. Personally Cap2, Spidey2 and IM would be at the top of my list. Not only are they very enjoyable but they are actually good movies. X2 and First class would easily take spots 4 & 5. I thought Ang Lee's Hulk was a pretty decent flick. It was too dark, deep, and "real" for audiences of the time who thought superheroes only = cheesy camp.

I like Rami films from a nostalgia standpoint and as being a huge Spidey fan but looking back they really haven't aged that well.

Days of future past was kind of way better than First class, which honestly was pretty boring...Amazing compared to Last Stand but boring none the less...DOFP had a better story going on, I could see people preferring it to first class

Well... it depends on what we are talking about. Personal opinion or quality of the film? Or something in-between?

Personally, I think that The Avengers and Captain America 2 are the best two Marvel films. As far as the complete list is concernce, I would most likely throw Iron Man 1 and 3 into the mix as well, with Guardians of the Galaxy also being on the list. A spidey Flick (Spider-Man 1 or 2), as well as First Class, the X-Men flick.

Honestly, seems like I got my 8 films right up here, lol... But it isnt my official list... just a quick thought.

I've seen The Avengers 5 times now and while a very fun movie to watch I don't understand all of the hoopla! The story was very simple and Loki felt downgraded from his Thor 1 days. The once "my whole life was lie, I feel cheated" deep character was turned into a "take over the world" type.

Also did you just lob IM3 next to IM1? @_@ not judging you or anything, an I completely respect your opinion but duuuuude!!!! xD

Note I understand this is YOUR personal list and opinion. I'm not bashing it or judging it. Just sharing my 2 cents.. :)

Well like I said, it depends on what we are talking about... personal opinion or quality.

Quality wise, The Avengers is one of the best Marvel films, no question. Opinion wise - things can differ.

Yes I did Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 3. Also, you cannot judge me for placing two brilliant films next to each other. Fact is, Iron Man 3 is a well created film. People need to get past The Mandarin issue and realize that it is an original take, not a clear adaptation.

Well, if I ever get around creating my own official list, I can back everyone of my picks up, so that people cannot really argue over the ones that I included... this is a mere quick thought.
