Jessica Chastain recently joined the call for Marvel focus on the flame-haired character, asking, “Where is the Scarlett Johansson superhero movie? I don’t understand it, why is it taking so long for this?”

after scarlett's success in the box office beating dwayne johnson's hercules, i would say yes, give her a film to show her origins or better they could even include jeremy renner's hawkeye if marvel thinks that having a black widow standalone would not have make the same money, so having both black widow and hawkeye in a film combined is indeed promising, just add a good villain and of course the plot. im sure fans will line up for it.
