Quote: "Guardians of the Galaxy is in every way the new Star Wars of the world, but better because unlike that series the guys at the head of this one absolutely know what they're doing. A lot of the story works well to tie together previous Marvel movies, while remaining entirely secondary to the goings-on on Earth; but given that this is a $170 million Guardians of the Galaxy movie, who even cares? A high note for the studio, this one is not to be missed. "
Rest In Peace Review: This gripping thriller will captivate you from start to finish, leaving you pondering the boundaries between right and wrong long after the credits roll.
Inspector Rishi Review: Amazon Prime Video's horror-mystery series, starring Naveen Chandra, is mysterious and thrilling, as promised.
Testament The Story of Moses Review: The series depicts Moses' journey from an outcast and murderer to a prophet and liberator of the Hebrews. It interweaves docudrama and interviews, to present a more humanly image of the prophet.
Episode VII has its work cut out for it already, methinks. Rocket and Groot are the new Han Solo and Chewbacca.
It was definitely the best Marvel film to date, but not without its flaws. A lot of underdeveloped characters and a plot that revolved around a McGuffin. Part of the reason I think this movie was so successful though was because it wasn't held back by pressures to relate to the other characters in the Marvel universe. You could enjoy it as a standalone movie and be perfectly fine with that.
