Seems a bit small to be Wayne Tower. Also, judging by the pic the surrounding neighborhood seems kinda barren. Isn't Wayne enterprises suppose to be the HUB of Gotham? :0 I assume they'll just cg the surrounding areas. But HEY it passes the test, it comes in black.
I loved Wayne tower in Batman begins. Big brownish building with the W on the side. Looked very classy. The one in TDK looked kinda boring.
