From Collider:
Sony’s adaptation of their best-selling video game Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune has been in the works for years. David O. Russell (Silver Linings Playbook) was attached several years ago, and after he left the project, Neil Burger (Divergent) stepped in, but he eventually dropped out as well. Earlier this year, director Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses) signed on to direct, and last week he said he hopes to begin filming in early 2015. Now, THR’s Borys Kit has tweeted that the Uncharted release date will be June 10, 2016.
