Meet Three Other Bad Guys That Appear In 'Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice'

From LR:

Before we meet our new terrible trio let's first debunk once and for all who we WON'T see in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

Metallo. Not happening. Not true.

The Joker. Also not happening. If anything the Joker will be in the movie in spirit only because there is in important beat in the upcoming film that pertains to Batman's past and his character arc. Sorry TMZ, it ain't Callan Mulvey. You know who Callan might be playing? Let's meet the first of our three new bad guys. According to sources, here are three secondary villains making an appearance in the movie.

Hmm. makes it sound confirmed and rumored all at once.

Gotta admitt it would be cool to see what Snyder does with a guy like Victor Zsasz.

darklordzor3578d ago

Probably not much. I'm betting he'll be a quick character we see as an introduction to Batman. He won't do much other than be a badass way to re-introduce the dark knight on the big screen.

"other than be a badass way way to re-introduce the dark knight on the big screen."

THIS!! ^^^^^ Zsasz can have so much presence if done correctly. I don't expect him to have a significant role but 2 minutes of screen time is enough to make the audience think "holy sh#t WTF is wrong with him!?".

Snyder has done pretty well with evil and/or psychotic characters before.

Victor Zsasz was already in Batman Begins. Just a throwaway character unfortunately.

Porcelain_Chicken3578d ago

Yeah most likely, wouldn't really expect more. Read my reply to darklordzor above.

Four villains and five heroes? Way overstuffed.

darklordzor3578d ago

Just depends on how they do it. The likelihood of them having any significant screen time is minimal. I mean, they'll mostly be there to flesh out the overall world and give the 'universe' more weight, rather than overtly affecting the story. Think of it like Batroc the Leaper in The Winter Soldier. That character for that scene didn't HAVE to be Batroc, but it's a cool nod to the comics and helps get the plot moving in the right direction.

I'm guessing that's how these "villians" will be as well.

AdamBellotto3578d ago

Yeah, you're probably right, but I get the feeling that one Batroc cameo can't really compare to six DC cameos so far- Aquaman, Cyborg, Amanda Waller, David Cain, Zsazs and Morgan Edge.

Mostly I just hope the movie comes out okay.

They need to add a villain that surpass superman strength

ironfist923578d ago

Wasnt there rumours of Doomsday?

I wouldve loved to start off small though. Lex and Metallo as villains in the next movie, then Doomsday, then Brainiac, then finally Darkseid.

Maybe throw in Warworld/Mongul in there too for good mix.

Soldierone3578d ago

I really hope they work up to something that makes for Darkseid to be extremely epic. He is one of my favorite DC villains when he is done correctly, and that movie alone would be godly to me.

SilentNegotiator3577d ago

Superman's strengths aren't in his abilities to be stronger than everyone else, it's his tough decision making and creativity that make him a compelling character.

OSIRUSSS3578d ago

They need at add Mr.Fun he was the scariest Batman badguy ever!
