Let’s be blunt right out of the starting gate: This one is bad. I mean really bad. It’s not the film you would say is worse than Batman & Robin, but you would probably mention it in the same sentence. All those who are worried about this having learnt nothing from the criticisms of Sam Rami’s Spider-Man 3 were completely on the ball.
