Original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cast Reunites in One-Hour Special

Nickelodeon has announced that the original voice cast from the 1980s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon — Cam Clarke, Rob Paulsen, Barry Gordon and Townsend Coleman — will be returning to their roles of Leo, Raph, Donny, and Mikey in a new episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In the hour-long episode, “Wormquake!,” which will be premiering on Friday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m. (ET/PT), Leo is faced with either putting his brothers’ lives in danger, or asking for Master Splinter’s help. Donnie will have to put aside his differences with April’s crush Casey Jones in order to unveil anew Kraang plot.

That seems...weird. While I love the original cast and am always happy to see them do something TMNT related, I'm already used to the current voice actors and having replacements would seem weird. Hopefully they do something to explain the changes.
