i hope it is action packed. the last movie was all hype, it was not as good as the old animated films they did such as the broilly and cooler story arcs, i would like them to do a more serious filler movies. a movie revolving vegeta would likely mean it is a origin story of vegeta in his younger years in planet vegeta with his father, i dont think there would be any decent action in it.
