The nominees for the 2014 Academy Awards were announced on January 16th (see the entire list here), and the ceremony will take place on March 2nd. We'll have to wait until then to see who wins, but based on the potential nominees that were left out we DO know who WON'T be winning. After we had a few days to think it over, we are voicing our opinions about this year’s choice of nominees in the way we know best, writing about them.
