I'd like to shred some of what's stated here to pieces, but I just don't really want to put in all that effort it would require. I'll just bring the first problem I saw here:

"...lot people will say but hes homeless, and I’m like no he’s not, he never once spends a night in anywhere uncomfortable he never goes hungry and he constantly seems to be getting jobs to live with..." (Describing Inside Llewyn Davis)

Homelessness is a term used to describe the condition of someone who doesn't have a REGULAR place of residence. Just because he's never found sleeping in an alley and never going hungry doesn't mean he's magically not considered homeless now.

My editor doesn't have an account here on Filmwatch but this is his resoonse :

Hello and first off, you are completly right, however I was mentioning the fact that being homeless doesnt afect him at all as a character.

I apreciate all feedback but if you are going to spend some efort replying I would enjoy something about the quality of the review or of the film.

Have a good day.

Response back:

"Hello and first off, you are completly right, however I was mentioning the fact that being homeless doesnt afect him at all as a character."

With the quote I put above, it doesn't really look that way. You begin with saying he's not an interesting guy and not tragic and what's quoted above is what's described next is part of your reasoning for that--which is false.

But if I were to go along with what you've brought up here: I can't say I agree to that. Him being a homeless guy traveling from place to place trying to survive on his music, skipping out on royalties for a hit song in order for Mulligan to have an abortion--which turns out unnecessary, among other slips of bad luck seem to define his character.

"I apreciate all feedback but if you are going to spend some efort replying I would enjoy something about the quality of the review or of the film."

Wouldn't correcting the 'homeless' part qualify me as giving feedback about the review, since this to 10 list is just a short-hand version of it?
