For all the controversy that the new Batman vs. Superman has garnered, this is where the true outrage should be directed(if it ever comes to pass). They are two completely different properties. Then again, they are the two biggest comic book properties owned by Fox which is why I'm sure this is being considered. I don't think the tone of FF4 could be any further away from X-Men.
