While he is not the star, Ben Affleck has been getting a tremendous amount of hate for receiving the role as Batman. I will not be touching on that subject but he is a good actor, but I think he is in too many movies that he does not care about. Unfortunately Runner Runner is one of those movies.
Justin Timberlake stars as Richie Furst a college student who feels he is cheated on a gambling website, so he feels a need to meet up with the creator in Costa Rica to get his money back. Ivan Block is the websites creator played by Ben Affleck. Gemma Arterton and Anthony Mackie also costar as some more uninteresting characters thrown in the mix.
