EW Inside Movies:
It’s been four years since Neill Blomkamp’s feature-film debut District 9, the hybrid sci-fi/action/satire that became a sleeper summer hit and a Best Picture nominee. On August 9, Blomkamp releases Elysium, another politically-charged sci-fi tale. The new film stars Matt Damon as an everyguy working man who lives on a miserably polluted future Earth. The rich people all live on a pleasant, picture-perfect space station.
We’re excited to share an exclusive video from the film, in which Damon and his compatriots attempt to pull off a heist. We can’t explain the detail of the heist…but suffice it to say, there are robots, and guns, and robotic guns. (Also, William Fichtner.) Take a look!
Looking back at the history and legacy of Street Fighter: The Movie, 30 years after it was released in theaters.
Don’t sit on a throne of lies for day 11 of Romancemas.
This past year delivered blockbuster entertainment, but we have a few requests for 2025 if jolly ol’ Saint Nick obliges.
This is going to be great. I can't wait to see it.

That was a surprising reveal to me. Had no idea he was in the film.
