8CN: The New Starship Foundation is a non-profit organization with a very singular goal: to restore the Enterprise-D bridge from the iconic Star Trek TV series. In a few weeks, the group will debut the latest updates to the restoration project as well as their sci-fi museum at San Diego Comic-Con. The exhibit will feature a full-scale recreation of the bridge from The Next Generation, and will be the foundation's largest display yet.
