Joss Whedon, long synonymous with beloved genre TV, is now a shiny member of the blockbuster mainstream. For the first time since the early days of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Whedon has the backing of Hollywood bigwigs to take his talents to a global audience. Not only was The Avengers both a financial and critical success, but Whedon himself was given a good deal of the credit. That super-film (and the promise of sequels) marks Joss Whedon’s conquest of the big screen, his final frontier.
FragHero writes: "Wondering which among the 28 Marvel films are the best? Well, here's all of the MCU Marvel movies ranked from worst to best!"
"I vote Zendaya," Sarah Michelle Gellar told author Evan Ross Katz when asked who she would like to see star in a reboot of Joss Whedon's Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer cast and crew say Joss Whedon repeatedly engaged in sexual misconduct and sexist behavior on set.
<3 him. Shame that Firefly was cut before its time :(
Badass, got to love a bit of Avengers. Hope he gets the success he deserves.
Check out his comic book work as well, it's great stuff!
I'm still holding out hope that his work on Avengers will somehow lead to the return of Firefly.
Here's hoping enough fans ask for it and he will make it. Firefly needed to continue, Netflix make it happen!
