David Elliot and Paul Lovett, co-writers of 2009's G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, have filed a massive copyright infringement suit again Paramount, MGM, Hasbro and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. In their complaint, the writers claim that much of this year's G.I. Joe: Retaliation was "stolen" from their ideas. They're seeking $23 million in damages.
