Gary Oldman is signing on to join Tom Hardy in Child 44, a 1950s Soviet-era thriller being produced by Ridley Scott and Michael Schaefer via the Scott Free banner. Lionsgate is distributing.
Daniel Espinosa is directing the thriller, which follows a member of the Soviet military police (Hardy) who, while investigating a series of child murders, finds himself the target of his own government’s suspicions.

this is the third time gary oldman and tom hardy join together in the same project, i think this again will be a good thrilling movie, and if ridley scott is involved this project is in good hands.
