Some raunchy teen comedies are considered classics while most fall into the category of forgettable garbage. For every Animal House there are a dozen films like Project X or College that might be able to offer outrageous situations and are filled with more naked nubile teen flesh but offer little in terms of well thought out original comedy. Does 21 and Over make the grade as a respectable entry into the hallowed halls of teen college comedies or does it flunk out miserably?
