Kevin from Denkiphile: "As a college student who sometimes parties hard(ish), is almost 21 and only a year shy of graduating, I can safely say that I am the ideal target demographic for 21 And Over , from The Hangover writing duo of Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. And on many levels, the coming-of-age story and party movie hybrid hits home, including the themes of dealing with change and all the partying (I’m pretty cool; I party a lot. Yeah, no, really. Okay, fine: I just read a lot but sometimes I party[ish]). Unfortunately, its elements never come together and it ends up just feeling like a bad Hangover knockoff."
