IGN:
A large undertaking that combines a television series and a video game, Defiance was described by Syfy’s president, David Howe, today at the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour as “the biggest and most ambitious undertaking in Syfy's 20-year history.”
Executive producer Kevin Murphy said that when it came to the game and the show, “The Trion game has its own narrative. It has its own storylines. Our show has its own dramatic storytelling needs, its own storylines. But if you choose to partake of both, because we exist in a shared universe with dual portals or entrances, you get a richer, fuller, more nuanced experience.”
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
Bros Review: The series, as the title suggests, is about two adult men who want to behave like children and we are not here for that.
Going Home With Tyler Cameron Review: This is a simple, no-nonsense but cliched watch, with Cameron's boyish charms taking centre stage.
I think this show is going to be so different and so interesting that I won't be able to help but like it. I have always been drawn to the unusual and this sounds very unusual. I've seen the previews and like what I see.
