Warner Home Video have announced that Part 2 of the popular animation Batman: The Dark Knight Returns will be hitting shelves next year. Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 will hit DVD and Blu-ray on January 29th, 2013. This will come in the form of a standalone DVD as well as a Blu-ray Combo Pack.

Can't freaking wait. Still shaking from Peter Wellers voice over in the one scene in Part 1 where Batman is fighting the leader and says "this isn't some mudhole this is an operating table and I'm the surgeon" and then goes on to break his bones one by one. Yeah badassery indeed.
finally a release date for this!! for sure it's as twice as good as part 1 , cant wait!
