Geek Binge: Last week’s episode of The Walking Dead was a pretty damn great return to form for the show—but even still, it was a season premiere. Those typically contain the most potential to be great, since more money is pumped into them. The reasoning behind this is simple; start out strong, and people will keep watching. So most of the time, the second episode of the season is the true barometer for how good a season you can expect for a serialized drama. And I’m happy to report things are looking up for The Walking Dead.
