ABC Greenlights ‘S.H.I.E.L.D’ Marvel Pilot, Joss Whedon To Co-Write & Possibly Direct

Not sure what to think of this. I'm going to give this a wait and see approach. Hopefully the show will be good enough to look forward to each week. Maybe there will be appearances from obscure Marvel characters like one of my favorites Squirrel Girl. I've really been waiting to see Taskmaster as well. Either way, it's going to be interesting to see what they do with this concept.

Yeah, I think it'd be the perfect place to introduce the smaller Marvel characters, without having to give them a full movie or anything like that.

Also means we could get some awesome cameos down the road too.

I'm all kinds of excited about this. I'm just glad that we'll be able to see more Marvel stuff on a regular basis, and not have to wait long periods of time between movies.
