Overall the show has slipped money wise, so they probably simply couldn't keep both crews in place. If they go release a new show and still have the divide and just bring in a new group, then I don't know what the excuse would be.
This is a pretty big hit to me. I remember watching the show before they became main stays, but that was so long ago. They should have just let the show go on a high point. They don't even have full seasons anymore :/
This seems like a bad move.
