Hang on

"When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program"

So Tony doesn't really create Ultron, he just jumpstarts something already created

Maybe Hank Pym could still be the one to create Ultron, he's old in the present time so he's obviously an established scientist, maybe he created the peacekeeping program but abandoned it because of what he created.

My god i hope so. Not only did Hank Pym get shafted from being a founding member of The Avengers, but not creating Ultron was where i drew the line.

Glad the guy didn't lose all of his feats in translation. I was afraid he'd simply become the guy who beat his wife!

I know that's what bugs me about him.

I'm more annoyed he's old in this universe and Scott Lang is the main Ant Man.

I really think they could of done it focusing on a Hank Pym in the present time but you'll find out that's it's actually a prequel to the other Marvel films. At the end of the film you would see Hank with Nick Fury and he is the one who gives Fury the idea for the Avengers program...least then they could of made it so despite not being a member Hank still founded the Avengers in his own way...behind closed doors.

excellent observation Fox

simply epic. i hope aaron taylor johnson would do a better quicksilver. paul bettany and elizabeth olsen will surely deliver their characters well.

Quicksilver in Days of Future past was just not him at all. Evan was terrible as Quicksilver, he had some funny lines but his portrayal was nothing like Quicksilver.

Shame they never kept the young Juggernaut scene instead

quick silver in DOFP was ok, but Im betting the one in avengers 2 will be more fleshed out and with a lot more screen time. For once I cant wait till him and Scarlet (Whitch that is) get down with some of the Avengers before they team up in the grand finale

RetrospectRealm3503d ago

Actually Evan's portrayal of Quicksilver in DOFP was kind of highly acclaimed and labeled as the one who "stole the show". Lol

Crazay3502d ago

I'm with RR on this one. I really like DoFPs Quicksilver.

Defectiv3_Detectiv33503d ago

Are you kidding me? Quicksilver totally stole DotFP in the handful of scenes that he was given. I thought the actor did a good job, I have more concerns over Aaron Taylor Johnson being able to outdo that performance. He's kind of a boring actor.
