From Cinelinx:
Pride & Prejudice & Zombies, or PPZ, is a re-telling of the old Jane Austen classic, Pride and Prejudice. The movie takes place in a time similar to that of Pride and Prejudice but the environment is quite different. PPZ places you in a world where a zombie outbreak has taken over the world. In an effort to save humanity, the King divided the country of England into a few domains and separated them with a wall and a massive chasm.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
Not honestly surprised. The first trailer felt blah to me, and like something for a Syfy movie...couldn't imagine the full thing being much better.
Not going to lie, the concept interested me since I didn't mind the book/story and the movies of the original telling. That being said the commercial made it look cheesy, and there is also a reason why Hollywood isn't fond of the word "zombies."
This and the Lincoln Vampire Hunter movie were just completely necessary in every way.
