I meant in terms of making Cap look like he's in the right and making Stark a bad guy when in Civil War none of them were wrong

vision could kill all of them. Black Panther is a beast ( fights silver suffer and others in the comics)

Yes Scarlet witch is ( on cap side it looks like but they wont have her reach her full abilities like she has in the comics)

Ultimately Cap was still right . The regulation and registration did nothing to prevent powered people proliferation , and was doomed to be a tool for wrongful control once governements and agencies fall into the wrong hands . Which obviously happened for years afterward .

Even if Tony was portrayed in a more friendly fashion in the books , and even if Tony had succeeded to create a fair and working system , what happens the moment he steps out of the commanding position ? It was another allegory about security VS freedom , and i don't think there are many stories where the side of "security" wins out or looks good .

All the rift did , was let the world be a free buffet for villains while they were distracted .

I think that's mostly to do with how they portrayed Stark in the comics.

It's what I never liked or understood about it, his character just changed completely and it wasn't like him at all. They tried to make a villain for the sake of it but at the end of the day both of them had peoples best interest at heart...none of them were evil.

It bugs me that Steve seems to be doing this for Bucky and look at what is happening...war but in Age of Ultron he's like

"I'm sick of watching people pay for our mistakes."

Yeah so why escalate this into something where civilians can get hurt. It could have been done another way, it's not like Winter Soldier where Hydra was evil and they were the bad guys...something where he had no choice for what happened and the damage he caused.

Which is why I said "shouldn't have been a Captain America film"

You can't do Civil War as someones "solo" film, it deserves much bigger even if it's been changed up
