I have a worrying feeling that what you said is the story in a nutshell.

The villain is Lex Luthor and there is supposedly a second enemy that has yet to be revealed. Rumored to be Doomsday. It's set primarily in Metropolis but we will get to visit Gotham a few times.

As for the story. Nothing has been released yet bud. But judging by the trailer Johnaton Kent was right and the world is divide on what Superman is, what he stands for, whether they like him or hate him, whether he's really our savior or our destroyer and whether he can be trusted to walk among us as the God that he practically is. This Batman has been described as older and grizzled meaning he's tussled with a few of his villains already and won't take any sh-t from Superman should he be evil. Judging by this Lex is on the 'hate Superman bandwagon' and will probably use his public image against Superman and turn people against him or possibly even frame him for stuff like the Kryptonian invasion and the world engine. One of these people possibly being Bruce. At this point though your guess is as good as mine.

scrips has been leak but they said they are rewrote it but doomsday is zod or something like that. lex was a punk gothic kid but they fixed that.i think the joker plays a small part

put Batman return of the dark knight and injustice and zack synder wild ( i think is meh style ) im sure you could come up with the plot
