Screenwriter Says WB Actually Writing Six Wonder Woman Scripts

Arash Amel says Warner Bros. didn't just hire Jason Fuchs (Pan) to write their Wonder Woman movie but they've hired five other writers to write separate scripts. Is this a tactic that will help produce the best Wonder Woman movie possible or are WB making a mistake?

You know how DC work, they'll have them layed out on the table in a serious board room meeting and go

"Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, the script we'll make is on the go"

"Phew...good job guys, tough meeting, tomorrow we'll be discussing actors for the Green Lantern, remember it's out of Michael Cera, Adam Sandler or Dev Patel"

I like this idea, pick the best out of the six, just don't pick elements from each script and mixing them together

The big question I have is why? Why not "hire" two of them, then pay the others to help?

With this you are basically saying they optioned 6 scripts and will only ever use 1.....
