NY1: The pizza-loving crime fighters who live in the sewer might want to start thinking about expanding their diet.
"The Ninja Turtles definitely could be turned on to chicken wings," said Mayor Byron Brown, D-Buffalo.
The animated green guys may not technically be headed to Buffalo, but the film crew for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is.
"We are very pleased that they've chosen our community for this very popular franchise," Brown said.
According to the Empire State Development Corporation, Paramount will shoot a majority of the film in NYC, but is expected to spend a few weeks in Buffalo this May.
