The apes are actually under mind control by their flea overlords.
After the last three movies I have no excitement for new ones, but I still hope they turn out to be good.
I'd say it had some great CGI action, and the claim that it had no development or story at all is a huge exaggeration. I didn't think it was a very good movie overall though. Not something I'd watch again.
"I've seen lots. She's fucking rubbish."
I'm not saying she's a great acting talent, but "the worst actress ever"? Not even close.
"Never watched TWD."
It started off decent, got great for a brief time during season 2, then went downhill ever since, slowly at first then last season it really dropped off.
"Killing off characters and introducing new ones…"
TWD has done as much or more of the same. More I think.
"Emilia Clarke also has to be the worst actress ever."
You must not have seen many actresses.
The writing and acting in GoT is much better than in TWD.
Compared to Jar Jar the Ewoks are hardcore cool, but at the time I was unamused, especially when I read that in the original story they were going to be Wookies, but Lucas wanted to make the movie more kid friendly so they became the teddy bear like Ewoks.
Friggin Lucas...
If Jar Jar Meets the Ewoks is ever made, I'd happily pay to see the Ewoks eat Jar Jar. They could eat him alive or prepare him in various ways, I don't care, except one of them sho...
lol
At last, the long rumored Jar Jar Meet the Ewoks will finally make it into production.
Read World War Z. The movie is terrible.
You shouldn't have been surprised. The ratings are very very high.
I've noticed a downgrade in the writing since season two, but still enjoyed season 3 for the most part. Season 4 is where I started expecting bad writing every episode. At this point, because of the high ratings they're probably assured at least 6 seasons, so I hope it improves.
Agreed. The writing went slowly downhill after that point, and then plummeted during this last season.
You could have read a little further down where I acknowledged the huge ratings and said it was unlikely to be canceled. It's not like my comment was lengthy.
I don't want it to go away I want it to get better. In the beginning it was great and I looked forward to every episode through the first two seasons and into the third, but it has slowly become a show that I'm watching just because I like zombie related things in general, not because I'm a fan of Walkin...
Love the comics, and for awhile I loved the show too, but I think the writing has been going downhill basically since they got to the prison. It's been a slow decline until season 4, but it's been enough that several people I know, also fans of the comic, stopped watching during season 3. I'll keep watching, I'm just hoping it picks up and I'm not talking about mandatory zombie shooting.
Edit - @maniac - I agree with all that.
As boring as season 4 was for the most part, "Survive" might mean making it through season 5 without being canceled. I know the show is still getting great ratings so that probably isn't even possible but the show's quality, which had already been dropping in my opinion, really took a nosedive in season 4.
Arrow is successful? Wow. What I saw of it was awful.
Gilbert Gottfried. He and Gwyneth would have amazing chemistry.
In flashbacks maybe, but Merle's little brother did a pretty thorough job of ending his short undead career.
Batman-s**t insane
