The number's been adjusted up to $207 million!
I agree, The Avengers was an entertaining "feel good' movie. TDKR will be more serious yet awesome much like TDK was.
Me too, hoping Spider-Man will be cool too but it's kind of lost in the shuffle at the moment. Would have been better if it was released in 2010 or something. Other than Iron Man 2, I don't remember any other comic book movie released that year.
I saw The Avengers the first day it came out. It was an amazing movie. BUT watching this trailer made me get Goosebumps too. This is going to be THE movie to watch in 2012.
I saw it too two days ago in NZ lol. Sorry...
This scene plays after the "Cast" credits roll but before the main credits start. Kind of like how in Transformer movies we see a bit of extra stuff. There's nothing after the entire credits roll. Some people left before they saw this when I went lol.
The audience at the cinema loved the movie. There were laughs, cheers and even claps at the end. Also, many people of all ages, genders and races went to see it. It was such a blast especially in 3D.
Yea go New Zealand lol. He also won some Grammy Awards a few years ago too!
Wow some great analysis that I never thought about. One thing is certain, The Hobbit will do better in my home country of New Zealand than TDKR. Mainly because Peter Jackson is from NZ and it's filmed here. Not to mention the LOTR movies made more money here than any Batman movie ever did. You're right about TDKR being more popular in the USA!
3D might bounce back when the Avatar sequels come out.
I feel The Hobbit will win because it's in 3D and people outside of USA love The Hobbit more than Batman. Still, we'll have to wait and see to see who does come out on top for real.
I'm looking forward to both movies as well!
lol here in New Zealand they don't check us for nothing! Maybe whoever filmed this lived in an area with no security?
Do you think The Lizard will appear in his full form near the end of the movie? This image still looks too human-like for my taste lol.
Glad you like the article. Yea I've been a fan of the WWE and wrestling for many years too but I feel as if there are too many 3 hour shows now. I don't mind when they celebrate like 900 episodes or 15th anniversary or something but these shows have no meaning.
Well I'm sure it's waaay better than the live-action version lol.
You're right. Maybe it's Winter 2011 in December. I'll make the changes. December is Summer here in the Southern Hemisphere.
I did not mind the "Special Editions" myself too. The music at the end of "Return of the Jedi" is much better than the original music in my opinion.
I thought Man of Steel was awesome too. I don't care what my brother or anyone else thinks of it, I like it and that's all that matters! Cannot wait for a sequel or Justice League movie.
