Safe director Boaz Yakin spoke to Matt’s Movie Reviews about making the action-thriller, working with Jason Statham, and his work on the original Punisher movie.
It’s become a bit of a cliché to call Safe a horror film, a trend which may have begun with Wes Craven allegedly calling it the scariest film of 1995

Already got and watched it. I saw it at the theater and I really thought that Statham out did himself. He actually showed some good acting in this one. I liked this movie and not just for it's action.
