THR Heat Vision:
The actor, who plays S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Nick Fury in the Marvel film, was angered over the NY Times critic's assessment of the movie.
It's Nick Fury's job to assemble the Avengers, and now he's defending them, too.
Samuel L. Jackson, who stars as the tough, eye-patched S.H.I.E.L.D. commander in the upcoming Marvel superhero epic, dispatched a tweet that hit hard at New York Times film critic A.O. Scott, who gave the film a poor grade in his review.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
Go...Samuel L. Jackson!
Wouldn't want to mess with a guy who has his own song

Seriously though. The critic is open to his own opinion. Might be completely against what everyone else is saying. Personally I wouldn't say "The Avengers is hardly worth raging about" because I thought it was very good (surprisingly good)
Just saw it....it was awesome!
Fairly petty on Jackson's part, the man has taken a beating from critics before on the Star Wars prequels so one critic here is hardly worth moaning about.
I stand by him here. I'm so sick of these "big wig" reviewers constantly bashing anything that gets hyped or popular. I'm glad he attacked them, it puts them in their place.
